Always uphold The Dojo’s philosophy which includes: loyalty, respect, honour and brotherhood

Always address your Black belt as Professor.

Absolutely NO coaching your children or other students during class.

If you are late, wait outside the mat until the coach gives you permission to join.

Do not leave the mat area without permission from the Coach.

During class, when the instructor is demonstrating the techniques, every student must sit or stand in good posture.

Talking should be kept to a minimum level and should relate to the class subject.

No foul language inside the school.

Make sure you are always using a clean GI and underclothes. Always shower before class.

Brush your teeth, make sure fingernails and toe nails are trimmed and remove any jewellery before practice.

You must wear shoes or flip flops when you are not on the mat.

You must always wear a shirt or rash guard inside the Academy.

All training gear and bags should be left in the changing room, not around the training area.

Be respectful towards your training partners.

Absolutely, no other school/ affiliation patches may be worn for training.

No electronic devices allowed in the training area.

Never use the mobile in the matted area and as soon as you enter the class put it on silent. If you have any important calls or messages ask permission to use the mobile.

No shoes, food, or drinks on the mat.
